Lilly's birthday party!

This last weekend we went to Arlington for Lilly's 3rd birthday party. The party was at Little Gym which we were really excited about. I have been wanting to see how Aiden and Asher would like a gymnastics class. Well...they loved it! Aiden loved hanging on the bar and walking across the beam.

Afterwards we went to eat at Bj's with the Crissey clan. It was amazing what a peaceful dinner we had with 4 kids. They were great...I think because they were worn out from the party.

Weekend Away!

I am so excited to be leaving town this weekend with the family. We are heading up to Arlington to Lilly's 3rd birthday party! I am very excited to see the Crissey's all 4 1/2 of them (Amy is pregnant)! I am excited for Aiden, Asher, Lilly and Kyle to get the chance to play together. They are all around the same age and it's been a few months since we have gotten together so it will be nice to catch up. Plus this will be the last time we see the Crissey's as a family of 4. In a couple of weeks baby Carson will be making his appearance and I can't wait to meet him! I'm sure he will be as gorgeous as his sister and brother.
After the party and some visiting, we will be heading over to Canton to spend the night and all day Sunday with Mike Cameron's dad. His birthday is Sunday and it's been years since we have spent it with him. We are very excited to see all of that side of the family. Cameron's aunts and uncles have never met the boys before so I am anxious and am praying that the boys will be on their best behavior! I always get a little nervous about how they will act when they meet new people. They are great...for the most part...but when you are dealing with toddlers you never know how their mood will be. I'm sure it will all be fine and I am hoping for a great visit and great car trip!

Fall in Texas...rare and worth every second!

Awww...it's finally not 100 degrees everyday! We had our first cool front come through yesterday and the temperature is a lovely 80 degrees. I love fall and its something we rarely get to experience down here in central Texas. We usually go from a scourching summer to a mild winter. But fall is here...at least for a couple of days. Emily and I celebrated the amazing weather by taking the kids to the park this morning.
I jumped at the chance to play photographer...I love my new camera!

Emily and Alexi on the dinosaur! Poor Alexi was a little nervous about it!

I love this picture of Asher. It shows how blond his hair is and how much of it he really has!

Aiden was so cute with the rocks. He was feeding them to the dinosaur and the ducks...which were real! LOL!

Miss Alexi...not too sure about the slide.

These are my two favorites of Alexi. Her face shows the innocence of babies. I just love her!

I got a few pictures of my little Ashy man in action. He so quick it's hard to get pictures of him!

Cameron's Birthday!

Saturday was Cameron's 29th birthday. Since hurricane Ike was coming in I didn't plan a party but we went to eat at Fuddruckers with family. It was fun and of course their burgers were super yummy!

Kruntz and Budders

That's the name of Cameron's softball team (its the boy's nicknames). Asher is kruntz because when we was a baby he would cry and grunt so Cam gave him that name. Aiden is budders...not sure why but when we was a baby I just started calling him that one day. Anyway it has stuck. The team plays every Tuesday night and its great fun to watch! We have a game tonight against the hardest team so I am hoping that we can pull out a win! Actually I am hoping that is doesn't rain so we can play!
Emily (my sister) brings Alexi (my niece) to the games but my boys stay home. They go to bed at 7pm and most of the games start at 8pm so Debbie (my mother in law) watches them since she is living with us for the time being.

At the circus dreams come true!

Well at least that's what they told us! LOL! I took Aiden to the Shrine circus that was in town for the day. We had such a great time and Aiden loved it!

I could not believe how excited he was watching it! One of my favorite things as a mom is seeing the world through my childrens eyes. That's how I felt tonight! Seeing him oh and ah and clapping his hands and eating cotton candy...it was great!

Cameron had to work late and I really wasn't up to taking 2 kids to the circus by myself so my mom watched Asher. It all worked out for the best because Asher was a little to young for it.

I had to add these pictures. The other evening while I was bathing the boys Aiden decided to pile bubbles onto Asher's head.

Asher has this hilarious fake laugh where he makes this face and barely any sounds come out. It's really funny!
