Weekend in Arlington

A couple of weekends ago we headed up north to Arlington to see our best friend's the Crissey's! As always is was fun...and crazy. What do you expect in a house with 5 kids, a newborn and 4 adults :)

For the first time the kids all slept in the same room! It was their first sleepover :)

On Sunday we went to Lilly's 5th birthday party at their local mall. The boys had a blast!

We had a great time and look forward to many more weekends of fun with them!

Another Year Older :)

Not me, thank goodness, but Cameron! Yup he is now officially old...31 :) I love that he is older then me and I get to tease him about it. Ha!
Monday was his actual birthday but for his birthday present from my parents they gave us tickets to the UT football game!
Here is our view from tailgating...so much super fun by the way.

The marching band walking up to the field.

View from our seats. The beginning of the games always gives me the chills. It's just so cool and I have been going to games since I was little so it's just special :)

View of the field as we were leaving

Then on Monday my mom had a little party for him at her house.
Here is the beautiful cake I made him.

Make a wish!

Happy birthday honey! I am so excited to celebrate many more with you!

So it's a no go

on the baseball birthday party for Asher. Just as I was about to order everything off Etsy here comes my little stinker, almost 3 year old man. He walks up to me and in his most sweetest Asher voice says "Mommy I want a Chuck e Cheese birthday."

Ugh...I am not a huge fan of Chuck e Cheese but what's a mom to do. I love birthdays and want my kids to have a very memorable birthday every year. So if this is what Asher wants, then I guess it's what he will get. So now on to planning a Chuck e Cheese birthday party :)

Aiden is officially 4!

Yesterday my Aiden turned 4 years old. I have to admit I am kind of having a hard time with this one. I just can't believe how fast the last 4 years have gone!!! I do look forward to this year and all the new adventures it will bring.

I can still remember exactly how it felt to look into his eyes for the first time. My life was forever changed in a way I never imagined.

To celebrate we spent the morning at home doing a spiderman puzzle, playing Candy Land, Operation ad watching cartoons. Then after nap we headed out to JcPenney Portrait Studio to have his pictures made. They turned out AMAZING! He did so good. Then we headed back home to Cameron, my mom, dad, brother, sister, brother in law and niece and had a pizza birthday dinner with Cars cupcakes for dessert. It was the perfect way to end such a special day.

Happy Birthday sweet Aiden!

Aiden's Birthday Party!

Saturday we had Aiden's Lazytown Sports Birthday party! We had a great time with lots of friends and family. Aiden kept telling me over and over "thank you mommy for the best party ever."
Here are tables, decoratios and Sportacus cake (I made it! Hehe!)

Opening presents

Since Sportacus is all about exercise, Aiden led his friends in an exercise class. Only Lilly and Asher participated :)

But all the kids got Superhero certificates and gold medals.

Cake time!

Family and friends

This is one of my fav pics from the party.

This is Aiden and Lilly. They have known each other since they...well this far back

they are such great friends and always play so well together. I just wished we lived closer so we could see them more.

It was a great party and Aiden got alot of really great gifts. Thanks to everyone that came and made his day very special for him.

Totally Stumped!

I am having the hardest time putting together Aiden's birthday party this year. Maybe it's because he is finally old enough to know if it's fun or not! LOL! He wanted a Lazytown birthday which I thought was going to be pretty easy. Ummm...not so much. Everything that has to do with Lazytown is about exercise and sports. That's great and all but our house is definetly not big enough to have a freakin soccer game going on in the living room. Plus the weather is really getting me. Every single year since the day he was born it has been warm on his birthday. I know that's crazy considering it's February but I guess we just got lucky. This year it's suppose to be cold and rainy. I am praying that by some miracle the weather men are wrong and we get a beautiful day so all the kids can just go outside and play :) So wish me luck as I sit here and try to plan everything out a week exactly before the big day!

Oh and I had to add the good news is the food is going to be SUPER yummy ;)

And here is his invitation. I don't think I ever posted it. My little Sportacus! (I took out some of the information so it really wasn't this blank.)

Transformers, Birthday Parties and Laughter!

Instead of making 3 seperate post here they are all in one! Here we go...

The boys in their $2 costumes! So cute :) It was amazing how much fun they have had in these costumes. Cheap entertainment I tell ya!

Last weekend we had 3 birthday parties to go to but we only made it to two. My brother Elliot turned 18 on Saturday and my mom and his friends threw him a surprise party that afternoon. It was a lot of fun and the boys love to be around their Uncle Elliot. So I'm sure you are wondering where the pictures are? Well crazy me forgot to put my battery in my camera after charging. Needless to say my mom was pretty bummed because of it. Sorry Elliot :(
Aiden and Asher's friend Maeve had her 4th birthday party around the same time as Elliots party so we couldn't make it. I really wanted to go but there was no way that we could have made it to both parties.
On Sunday we celebrated Alexi's (my niece) 2nd birthday! There was a bounce house, cake, lots of presents and tons of family and friends! She was the cutest little lady I have ever seen!

And lastly here are my boys this evening at bath time. One of my favorite things in the world is their laughter. It's so sweet and innocent and always makes me giggle. I had to grab my camera and try to capture some of the sweetness :)
